How to Read 40 Pages in 1 Hour

Books.
How many pages can you read in an hour?
I know the size of font matters and blah, blah, apathetic.
Just an guess?

If I'g concentrating on the pages, I would say about l-100 pages.

Depends how into the book I am. The book I'grand reading now maybe xx-30, a book I observe hard to concentrate on mayhap five-vi pages () but if information technology realllly interests me, much faster; I finished the majority of The Maze Runner in a 3.5 hr train journey so that'd be roughly lxxx-100 pages/hour from memory.

Depends on the difficulty of the stuff in question. Usually most 60 merely if its a philosophy book or some other piece of academia I'de be lucky to get through twenty.

Oh my lord fifteen compared to 50-100

15-30.. Depending on the content in the book

Flippin' heck. when you lot read the maze runner (never read the book, but the moving-picture show was amazing) did you skim read it, or read it in detail?

Could always brand the statement that you ordinarily absorb all the data inside the book..

I could finish a volume in an hour, I'm a fast reader.

In real life some people can't read at all.

This isn't real life though, this is TSR. And so no doubt everyone here tin can read twice every bit fast a normal man and has A*due south at English language Lit at GCSE, numerous other reading related accolades and probably reads dozens of books every month.

Haha, fair enough.

Anyone read the Book Thief?
How many pages in an hour for that?

I'chiliad just tryna run across how slow i am at reading.

I tend to brand sure i empathise 95% of the stuff i'yard reading-even if that means re-reading the aforementioned judgement 20 times.

Kinda; I sort of hitting borderline skimming without missing anything of mild importance.

That was pretty exceptional for me though, definitely non the norm. Only books I've read at that kind of pace are The Maze Runner, Skulduggery Pleasant, The Hunger Games and the Gone series. Everything else I'd maybe guess 40-60 max, and probably closer to forty.

Could always make the argument that yous normally absorb all the information within the book..

Conspicuously! Merely said that to exist modest so that you all wouldn't feel embarrassed.

Merely KIDDING! That's exactly what I do ahah. I don't sympathize how people could maybe skim through a book, I need to read every give-and-take to properly sympathise it, not vaguely understand the gist of information technology..:afro:

The fastest i've read a book was ii days (i didn't spend the full two days reading the book ) and that was the hunger games.

I don't skim books, i have to read every line! It's a bad habit tbh.

Haha small font is 12-15ish pages for me. Average size 11/12 font would probably be around the 20s.. making some progress here eh!
